Terms of Delivery

Delivery Areas and Fees:

We offer delivery services to all areas within Tanzania. To ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery, we have implemented the following pricing structure:

• Dar es salaam City Delivery: For orders exceeding 600,000 Tshs within Dar es salaam City, the standard delivery fee is FREE otherwise a flat charge of 5000/= Tsh will applly.
• Additional Charges: For deliveries to areas outside Dar es salaam City, within Tanzania additional charges of 10000/= Tsh will apply.

Delivery Timeframes:

While we strive to process and deliver all orders within 24 hours, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, distance, traffic conditions, and specific delivery challenges. We will provide you with an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation.

Deliveries to Other Regions:

For customers located outside Dar es Salaam, we offer the following options:

• Outside Dar Es Salaam
• For deliveries to areas outside Dar es salaam City, in Tanzania additional charges of aprox 10000/= Tsh will apply.
• EMS Shipping: We can ship smaller, lightweight products to any region in Tanzania using the EMS service. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination and product weight.
• Alternative Delivery: You may  coordinating with a trusted individual in Dar es Salaam to receive and forward the product to your desired location. Alternatively, you can provide us with the details of a trusted driver from a regional coach or bus company, and we will arrange for delivery through them.

Payment Options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders delivered to regions where we have agents, you can conveniently pay for your products upon receipt. This allows you to inspect the items before confirming your purchase.
• Prepayment: For orders shipped to regions without agents, we require prepayment to ensure the certainty of your order. You can make payments using our secure online platform or through alternative methods that we will provide.

Additional Considerations:

• Delivery Windows: We may offer specific delivery windows or time slots for your convenience. Please inquire about available options during the checkout process.
• Remote Areas: For deliveries to very remote areas, additional fees or alternative arrangements may be necessary. We will contact you to discuss options if your delivery address falls outside our standard coverage.
• Product Size and Weight: Certain products may have size or weight restrictions for delivery. We will notify you if your order requires special handling or additional fees.
